Treat Yourself: Daily Budget ("the app") is a personal spending tracker developed by Lowbit Studio. It is designed to help you log discretionary purchases against a self-set daily budget. It is not a financial planning tool, investment advisor, or substitute for professional financial advice.
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its contents without permission.
The app is provided as-is. While we try to keep it working well, we make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.
The Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase of $1.99 processed through the App Store or Google Play. All purchases are final and subject to the refund policies of Apple or Google respectively. We do not offer refunds directly.
Pro features are tied to your device. If you reinstall the app, use the "Restore Purchases" option to recover your Pro status.
All spending data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app will delete your data. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from app deletion, device failure, or operating system updates.
Lowbit Studio is not liable for any financial decisions made based on information in the app, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Use your own judgment. Seriously — it's a treat tracker, not a CFO.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
